Marquee Update

I added one more feature - the D-Pad (joystick thingy) can now be used to control the speed and text size:

• Up: Increase font size
• Down: Decrease font size
• Left: Speed up scrolling
• Right: Slow down scrolling
• Center: Edit the text

It's much easier to adjust the settings now. ZIP updated.
